All of our tissue poms arrive FLAT and require "poofing" to create your 3D tissue pom garland.

TO OPEN:  Fan out one side of your pom into a fan shape.  Peel back the first tissue layer and work your way across the fan gently pulling up each sheet of tissue, one at a time.
