Shipping for In-Stock Items
All non-handmade items indicated to be in stock are shipped out after 1-2 business days processing on our regular schedule. Please note that we also ship items in order of the party dates when there is a large amount of orders in one given week, which may delay your 3-5 day processing time. Handmade items are shipped within 3 weeks. An email from "USPS.com Click-n-Ship" will be sent once your package has left our warehouse and will also provide the tracking number for your package along with an estimated delivery date.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return any non-personalized, unopened items in brand new condition within 20 days of your original order date. Please include a copy of your packing slip and send to: Polka Dot Market Returns, P.O. Box 78311, Charlotte, North Carolina 28271. Once received, we will issue a credit for the product total (shipping costs are non-refundable). We recommend notifying us first of your situation via e-mail to [email protected].
Out of Stock Items
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? To cancel an order you have placed with Polka Dot Market, you must contact customer support by email ([email protected]) or by phone (1-888-705-5398). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Defective Items
Please contact Customer Support for help in determining whether the item appears to be defective. If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer; all costs to ship back to the customer are paid by us.
