We just love these new aqua with chocolate polka dot cupcake liners.  They appear to be light blue in the photo, but they are a light aqua color in person.

Standard baking cup grease-proof paper liners.  Sides are 1.25" tall with a 2" base diameter.

Bring out the color of your polka dot liners by double-lining your muffin pan cups.  Place your polka dot liner in first, then a solid pastel liner from the grocery store.  Then pour in the batter.

Or, purchase bakery cupcakes and bring them home.  Before you set out the cupcakes, simply set each one inside of a cute polka dot liner.  These will look great on your dessert table!
